We provide 24/7 Drupal support and Server management services billed at $999 month to month, which includes Uptime Management, Security Management, Performance Management, System Updates, Disaster Recovery Management. We provide 10 hours of custom Drupal development hours.

Issues raised will be attended immediately! The maximum response time is 1 hour. We offer unlimited email and chat support through this plan. Server administration tasks will not be covered under the scope of this plan including installing new softwares, customizing the server side configurations on request customer, migration of websites or accounts from external servers, custom scripting.
